Entry: "Anti-Semitism" Jun 3, 2004

Criticizing Israel's policies is not anti-Semitic [as long as these criticisms are backed up by arguments that are not anti-Semitic], and to call those who point out government mistakes and corruption unpatriotic is itself unpatriotic.

It is not right for Israelis and their apologists to claim that it is anti-Semitic to criticize Israel for what it does if there is any act of inhumanity in the world which is worse which does not receive equal criticism. Most news coverage of the atrocities Israeli commits against the Palestinians is not anti-Semitic in any way, shape, or form.
What Israel does to the Palestinians and others and the acts committed by many Islamic fundamentalists are terrorism just the same.
The UN has been asked to condemn "anti-Semitism," but has done nothing wrong. All the UN did was criticize was the immoral and illegal war in Iraq.
